1. Plan and execute technology development projects relating to design of insulation system of motors and generators. 2. Execute complete insulation test work for motors and generators, e.g. material tests, partial discharge measurement, HV tests, etc., including preparing test standards, making test plans, conducting test work, making reports. 3. Draft, revise, translate, and review relevant technical documents relating to insulation. 4. Participate in technical investigations to solve different insulation failure problems taking place in different production lines. 5. Give technical training lectures to employees on insulation technologies of motor and generators regularly. 6. Participate in construction and development of internal labs, e.g. HV testing lab.

岗位要求：

Education(Level): Bachelor's degree or above.

Major: Polymer materials, high voltage engineering, insulation technology, electrical engineering, or similar.

Language: Fluent communications in Chinese. Good communications in English, especially in reading and writing.

PC Skills: Good use of Microsoft Office.

Professional experiences and skills:

1. More than 5 years' relevant work experience.

2. Understand the manufacturing process and testing process of HV/LV motors and generators.

3. Understand the insulation structure of HV/LV motors and generators and its manufacturing process quite well.

4. Be proficient in operating different insulation tests and corresponding instruments.
