Responsibilities:
1.优化培训流程、持续完善并推广“盖茨技术服务”。负责汽车后市场的技术支持及培训工作
2. 协助制定年度培训计划及各阶段工作目标分解实施
3. 负责面向汽车后市场的培训课程开发
4.负责培训工具的开发
5. 负责技术支持资料的开发
6.负责编制经典案例分析
7. 负责盖茨技术服务的推广工作
8. 参与产品售后质量问题的改进与跟踪
9. 完成上级交办的其他任务

Education and Experience:
1.大专以上学历，汽车或机械相关专业
2. 熟悉4S店运营，车辆维修保养常识与技能车辆维修保养常识与技能，5年以上汽车4S 店技术支持或管理经验（多品牌工作经验优先）
3. 具备较强的实践动手能力，熟悉车辆常见故障及疑难故障排除的解决方案
4.熟练使用Office办公软件
5. 善于学习，较强的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力
6. 强烈的责任感和很好的团队合作精神
7. 英语CET-4四级以上
