Job Responsibility:
1. Assist project manager to plan, coordinate and oversee all aspects of technical project proposals for customers including resource planning, specifications, timelines, budgets, and detailed task management
2. Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule
3. Regularly communicate project status, risks, and barriers to project team for traceability
4. Drive all compliance activities include conduct compliance requirement review, estimate compliance cost, acquire compliance quotation, make compliance plan, coordinate compliance lab to implement testing, monitor the progress, collect and review compliance report, maintenance compliance record and document
5. Assess compliance risk for each product; work with design team to solve issues in compliance testing; provide suggestion to improve product performance in compliance

Requirement:
1. At least 5 years experiences in electronic design or related field
2. Knowledge of project management practices
3. Knowledge of compliance process like UL/CE/DEMCO, etc.
4. Has knowledge on EMC/EMI is advantageous
5. Having background of reliability or six-sigma is advantageous
4. Open mind and team work with people from different cultures; experience in working with global team
5. Good English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
6. Good communication skill, presentation skill
7. Bachelor degrees or above, nice to have both electronic and electrical engineering acknowledge background
