Key responsibilities

Active Brands Shanghai Office is currently expanding at a rapid pace and we are therefore looking for a CSR Supervisor, who will report directly to CSR Manager. The main responsibilities of this position including:

• To coordinate with customers, commercial team, product management team to assist the setup of the SOP;
• To develop the audit plan and audit policy and checklist for the brand protection audit for the company;
• To conduct the audit, prepare audit report and follow up with different facilities on the corrective actions;
• To provide training sessions to internal stakeholders on the policy setup and develop and maintain training materials;

Desired skills and expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in preferred;
• Minimum 5 years related experience in brand protection audit is required;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin;
• Experience in Social Compliance audit as SGS, Intertek, BSCI is a strong plus;
• Knowledge on the apparel industry and ISO14298 /BSCI and other social audit standard is preferred;
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, project and time management skills and able to work independently;
• Frequently China & Overseas travel is required;
