职位描述:
1.负责公司冲压新产品开发工作，项目总体协调；
2.负责冲压焊接工艺的编制、改良与新生产工艺的引进，不断提高车间加工工艺水平；
3.组织、实施冲压模具的设计、改进，提高模具制程加工能力；
4.协助生产部门解决问题；
5.车间设备的维护维修；
6.辅助采购车间相关设备、工具、模具材料等物资；
7.监督执行政府部门安全规则要求；
任职资格：
1. 模具、机械等专业专科以上学历；
2. 最少5年，或相等的冲压模具设计，工艺编制经验；
3. 最少1年，或相等的机械加工经验；能够编制CNC程序者优先；
4. 英语听、读、写流利，基本具备口语交流能力；
5. 能熟练运用SolidWork或AutoCAD软件进行工作；
6. 熟练使用各种检测仪器，例如：千分尺，带表卡尺，光学投影仪等。
7. 具有良好的各部门沟通能力，同时管理多项目的能力；
8．了解精益生产思想者优先；
Job Function:
1. Responsible for the development and coordination of new product;
2. Responsible for drawing up the processing of stamping and resistance welding, improving and importing new processing to improve the processing level continuously throughout general workshop;
3. Organize and implement the design and improvement of stamping tooling to improve the processing capability of the stamping tooling;
4. Assist with trouble shooting in all production departments;
5. Equipment maintenance of equipment;
6. Assist with the purchase of equipments, tooling, tooling material, and so on, for workshop area.
7. Oversee compliance with applicable government safety regulations;
Job Qualification/Requirement:
1. Above college degree of die and mould, mechanical engineering,or equivalent;
2. Mini. 5 years experience, or equivalent in the design of die and process draw up;
3. Mini. 1 year experience, or equivalent in machining; Programing CNC equipment will be in priority selection;
4. Good at listening, reading and writting,and basic spoken in English;
5. Good at SolidWork and AutoCAD;
6. Good at using measurement tools, such as micrometer, dial caliper, comparator, and so on;
7. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Learning Lean Production will be in priority selection;
