职位描述：
Primary AccountabilityFollow established procedures and guidelines to issue sale invoices in various format, and ensure to book sales completely & accurately
遵循现有流程和指引开具各类形式的发票，并确保完整紧缺的入账
 
Key Responsibilities  Be responsible for issuing sales invoice and solve sales order issue
负责开具销售发票并解决销售订单问题
Weekly and Monthly Sales Report, AR Aging Report preparation
编制每周和月度的销售报告，账龄分析报告等
Summarize documents regarding tax and track its process and result
汇总税务资料并跟踪处理
Gather and compile credit information and maintain credit records so that accounts can be processed accurately
收集并编制信用信息并维护信控记录，使账户能够被准确处理
Identify overdue accounts; contact customers regarding outstanding payments and prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities to minimize outstanding debts
识别逾期账户，联系客户催款并准备信用和收款活动状态表，以减低逾期账款
Ad hoc assignments as required
