职位描述：
Key Responsibilities: 
work with our global teams to develop standards for design, comfort, quality, and efficiency of our product development process for upholstered furniture;
elevate the quality, comfort, and consistency of our existing designs in production – perfection of fit and finish;
develop cost efficiency and cost savings across all existing and future designs;
work with our factories on the new product development process to get top quality samples the first time;
work with our factories to improve the manufacturing process of all existing designs for higher quality, consistency, and efficiency;
spend as much time as necessary on the factory floor to achieve the above – we anticipate the majority of your time will be on the ground in our factories;


Key Requirements:
15+ years proven experience in upholstered furniture development and manufacturing management for all levels of customer;
excellent and fluent English communication skills, both written and oral;
competency in spoken Mandarin Chinese – ability to communicate without a translator;
ability to travel regularly throughout China and SE Asia;
proven ability to take on responsibility and assume ownership;
record of getting things done through leadership and collaboration;
adept at maintaining a level head under pressure and in challenging situations;
excellent ability to prioritise, as well as recognise and implement long term and short term plans.
