There are 5 plants, more than 4,000 employees in China, and they are building several new plants in China, the factories will normal operate in 2013. In 2010, the annual sales is over RMB10 billion.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize, monitor and improve the production process according to technical and quality specifications

2. Implement prodcution plan, control production cost, coordinate with QS, Planning, facility and SCM functions

3. Hold the weekly and monthly production meeting, tracking KPI, define and implement action plan

4. Lead, coordinate and motivate team numbers within production organization

5. Define the qualification matrix of production staff, make and implement the training plan accordingly

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in machine / mechanical engineering

2. 3+ years knowledge & experience of automotive or industry production

3. Proficient in English/German using, good at communication and coorination

4. Logical & structural thinking; mature, down to earth style and capable to work under pressure

5. Experience of automotive project is perfered
