The group is an automotive industry supplier. It mainly supplies engines, transmissions and chassis application of high precision products and systems; it's also the leader of manufacturer of bearings in the world.

Approximately there are 67,500 employees in over 50 countries with more than 180 locations in 2010, with annual sales of over 9.5 billion Euros. The Group is one of in Germany and Europe's the largest family business groups.

There are 5 plants, more than 4,000 employees in China, and they are building several new plants in China, the factories will normal operate in 2013. In 2010, the annual sales is over RMB10 billion.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist training head for formulating strategy and processes fulfilling long and short term organization capability development

2. Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

3. Drive the key HR processes in the business such as manpower planning, employees competencies build up & development, talent management, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, reward and recognition & etc.

4. Implement and maintain employee training programs and support career mapping programs.

5. Develop and support employee recognition programs

6. Administer performance review and salary programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.

7. Make recommendations to management regarding various areas such as benefit plan changes, management development programs, and effective cost reducing strategies.



Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 7-10 years HR experience with very strong operational involvement in the automotive, manufacturing or telecommunication industry,

2. Minimum 3 years in a leadership position, and with experience in MNCs;

3. Cover all HR functions and focus on training and coaching;

4. Good education background, bachelor or above; fluent in English;

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills;

6. Ability to manage multiple and one-time projects with urgency and confidentiality

7. Ability to be creative and lead change in a dynamic environment

8. Goal oriented and work well in a team environment

9. Willing to take training and OD as future career.
