Main Responsibility:

- Provide required IT support for STI Changshu and AFG remote offices like Shanghai,Beijing, ... based on IT strategy, infrastructure and business applications defined by IT AFG in Arbon, Switzerland

- Main tasks for supporting the users and administering the infrastructure in Changshu and Asia Pacific

· User support and trouble-shooting for Windows, MS Office, etc.

· Introduction and train new users in Windows and Office applications

· Support and maintenance of local hardware (telephony, network, servers, clients, printers, etc.)

· Purchasing and administration of hard- and software based on IT guidelines

· Hardware- and software-installations incl. updates and wiring

· IT documentations of local hard- and software

- SAP Application Expert

· The ERP software based on SAP has to be supported ( with help from the SAP Team Switzerland) mainly for the business processes sales, distribution, purchasing, production, inventory, financial accounting and cost center accounting.



Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in IT infrastructure support/helpdesk and Microsoft Client and Microsoft Server Software

- Minimum 2 years experience in SAP Applications at least of on module like SD/PP

- Willingness to support all the users in Asia Pacific - strong customer orientation

- Flexible, helpful, cooperative, reliable

- Fluent English in speaking and writing
