职位描述
The group is an automotive industry supplier. It mainly supplies engines, transmissions and chassis application of high precision products and systems; it's also the leader of manufacturer of bearings in the world.
Approximately there are 67,500 employees in over 50 countries with more than 180 locations in 2010, with annual sales of over 9.5 billion Euros. The Group is one of in Germany and Europe's the largest family business groups.
There are 5 plants, more than 4,000 employees in China, and they are building several new plants in China, the factories will normal operate in 2013. In 2010, the annual sales is over RMB10 billion.

Responsibilities;
1. Partner with the China Leadership Team to help achieve the strategic business objectives.
2. Provide support to management while preparing and implementing organization changes;
3. Communicate and coordinate with the headquarters.
4. Define the people and organization strategies to address all areas of talent management including attraction, retention and motivation.
5. Align with the China strategy and drive the HR strategy and function within the overall corporate strategy and framework.
Qualification
1. Excellent relationship management at all levels and a high level of personal maturity.
2. Excellent communication (English and Chinese) and influencing skills.
3. Strategic and operational planning capability.
4. Confident and effective in dealing with senior leadership
5. Ability to appreciate financial numbers, statements and ability to handle financial budgets.
6. Results driven with excellent Project/Program Mgt Skills
7. Experience in large scale recruitment and selection, dealing with disciplinary and performance issues, compliance with local, national employment law/directives across China, ability to identify trends, draw conclusions and evolve rewards strategy and programs in support of evolving business direction.
8. Demonstrated experience in change management, organizational development, talent management
9. Proven track record of success preferably Manufacturing /Automobile/Telecom/Chemical industry
10. Excellent English is a must, German is a plus
Experience:
1. Minimum of 14+ years of HR related experience out of which least 5 years of experience in Leadership position and leading HR professionals is essential.
2. Experience of working in a multinational cooperation with over 3000 employees and a matrix organizations.
3. Experience of working with HR teams at Asia/global level will be an added advantage
