职位描述
上海某行业知名外资公司，从事精密机械加工。
Responsibilities:
1. Design company’s long - term development strategy, periodical strategic objectives and annual business plan, responsible for the company's profits.
2. Organize strategy transformation, break down the goal, and issue the goals; organize the operation analysis meeting regularly; supervise and control the implementation process, and organize and implement the objective assessment to ensure the realization of strategic goals.
3. Develop the operation and management policies, systems, processes and rules of corporate strategy to regulate its management.
4. Responsible for the operation issues like procurement, production, logistics and marketing, minimize internal transaction costs, and ensure the maximization of company’s overall profits.
5. Be able to lead the sales team to explore the mainland and Asia Pacific markets.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above with mechanical related major, MBA degree is preferred
2. Experience: Over 3 years management experience of same position, with machining industry management experience is preferred
3. Capacity: Have modern enterprise management concepts, familiar with the strategic management, marketing, finance, human resources, production management and purchasing management, have good understanding of ERP implementation, master operation tools and concepts like 6S, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing JIT and etc.
4. Good insight of industry trends, and outstanding strategic vision; ability to analyze the marketing accurately, and strong adaptation to environmental changes;
5. Excellent leadership, communication, organization and social skills, especially the prominent planning , decision-making and negotiating capacities;
6. Dedicated to work with career ethics codes; having mechanical related management experience is preferred.
