职位描述
Job description:
1. Review of customer requirements and define customer needs;
2. Set up prices for customer and negotiate them with customers;
3. Acquisition of carryover, application and new projects;
4. Responsible for reach acquisition target by related customers;
5. Development of customer relations and being their first contact partner;
6. Set up market strategy for the defined customer;
7. Support sales controlling department in their planning;
8. Cooperation with technical dept. for technical information satisfaction to customers.
Requirements:
1. Mechanical education or Engineering background, automotive background is preferred.
2. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of business management tools and methods.
3. more than 5-8 years working experience in Key Account Manager in a sizable company.
4. Good Organization, Communication and Negotiation skills. Time and Priority management dynamic, team spirit, availability. Ability to manage customer portfolio, development of turnover, and profitability etc.
5. Fluent in English.
