The Position

Do you like to break software? Do you have a high bar for quality? Do you enjoy solving hard problems? Do you pride yourself in learning new technologies? Do you like to automate things? Do you insist on automating everything? If so, we are looking for an innovative Tester engineer here at Motion Global.

此职位汇报对象为测试组长。根据公司发展策略，对公司内部的商业需求的内部版本进行功能测试，具体职责如下：

？？？？创建和维护测试策略及过程
？？？？基于功能需求创建和维护测试计划/测试用例
？？？？按计划执行测试用例，并在JIRA中跟踪和处理缺陷并生成测试报告
？？？？能清晰书写缺陷，无二义性，必要时包括截图或视频信息
？？？？具备良好的沟通技巧，处理缺陷时可以很好地和相关人员沟通
？？？？可以很好完成上级交付的其它任务，并努力成为团队中核心的成员

？

Requirements:

？？？？大专以上学历，计算机相关专业
？？？？有web相关测试经验
？？？？熟悉软件测试流程、方法，熟练书写测试计划、测试用例、测试报告等
？？？？很强的软件需求分析和理解能力
？？？？熟悉流行的测试工具如Selenium等，具备一定自动化测试相关知识
？？？？熟悉Mysql
？？？？良好的沟通能力及上进心
？？？？能够阅读英语文档，并具备基本英语沟通能力
？？？？有电子商务及极限开发经验的可优先考虑
