Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall planning and management of new project process technology, production operation preparation at the early stages of the new project; trial operation, and production process technology training;

On the basis of the comprehensive training abroad and in fully understand the process principle and process technology, acting as chemical process and development expert for new product launch and process technology transfer, improvement and modification;

Coordinate and cooperate with project leader and production team on solution finding and troubleshooting related with machine facilities, product process and technology as well as quality problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action follow up;

Plan and run lab trials for new product launch, process technology analysis and diagnosis, process trouble shooting and process optimization etc.

Compile and document the complete procedures of production process and operating, organize and implement employee training on process technology and appraisal;

Data collection, documentation and project summary;

Prepare BOM and manufacturing procedures for new product or modified process.

Analyze needs for process improvements, address and follow up related actions

Process technology optimization and innovation to improve quality and lower cost ;

Ensure the safe lab operation and comply with company EHS rules and regulations;

Keep abreast of technical support development and function as technology leader in the department and liaison in global technology team;

Provide technology support for any chemical production and other projects in plant;

Work with other people in organization to perform the work assigned;

Qualification:

Minimum bachelor degree or above in Chemistry or Chemistry Engineering or equivalent;

Strong technical capability on both chemistry and chemical engineering as well as discovering for new process;

At least eight years' working experiences and familiarity with all key operations used in the manufacturing of fine chemical, most preferable with the experience of manufacturing plant;

Hands on experience of pilot lab experiment design and making the lab experiment, familiarity with varieties of analytical methods and instruments;

Ability to consult, analyze and prioritize large amounts of technical literature from varieties of information channel and capable of carrying out process development plans based on this information;

Organic chemical production experience is preferred;

Preferable with the experience of project management;

Ability to think and operate independently with minimal supervision;

Excellent English written and oral skills, very good communication, organization and interpersonal skills;

Take initiative, effective communication skills, team player, quick-learner; Excellent time management and organization skills;

Most preferable candidates from BASF, Bayer, Dow, Dupont, 3M etc. chemical industry manufacturing company.
