1. Above university degree, major in machinery design, mechatronics, automatization or equivalent;
大专以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化或自动化相关专业;
2. Minimum 5 years’ engineering and related experiences preferably in a multi-national company; 2 years' working experiencs in production engineering, have the management experience is prior.
至少五年以上外资企业同等职位相关工作经验; 两年生产工程相关工作经验，有管理经验者优先考虑。
3. Familiar with electric and mechanism knowledge and related practice experience; be able to check and inspect of new equipment independently
具有丰富的电气、机械方面技术知识及相关实践工作经验;具有独立组织新设备验收的能力;
4. Be capable to organize and repair equipment in a rush when fetal problem appears
机器重大故障时，能组织指导维修团队进行抢修;
5. Be capable to bring forward efficient solution about the product quality and frequent equipment problem as well
能提出有效对策彻底解决产品质量问题及设备频发故障，有较强应变能力;
6. Good written, listening and spoken English skills;
较好的英语听说读写能力;能看懂英文说明书
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
良好的人际关系及优秀的沟通能力;
8. Proficient in computer skills, familiar with AutoCAD & PLC especially.
电脑操作熟练，尤其能够熟练的使用AutoCAD 和 三菱PLC;
9. Familiar with standard of ISO9000 quality system and application of Lean tools is a priority.
熟悉ISO9000质量体系标准; 懂精益生产工具运用尤佳;
10.Be able to work under pressure and high sense of responsibility

Job Responsibilities:
岗位职责：
1. Overall responsible for new equipment installation, testing and debugging, also equipments optimization and restructuring for efficiency improvement;
主导完成新设备安装、调试、设备的优化改造，效率提升
2. Set up spare parts list, preventative maintenance plan, operation standard and operator training;
备件清单、预防性保养计划制定、操作标准、生产线员工培训等;
3. Track and complete related project improvement;
追踪及完成相关的改进项目;
4. Support maintenance dept to solve big problem of equipment with high efficiency to ensure smooth production, and keep guard preventive maintenance plan.
支持维修团队及时高效地诊断并解决生产设备重大故障，保证生产的顺利进行并做到预防为主;
5. Update the equipments maintenance plan and implement status regularly;
定期更新生产及厂务设施保养计划，定期检查保养计划执行状况;
6. Arrange regular inventory of spare parts and efficient storage management;
安排定期进行备件盘点，有效管理库房备件;
7. Weekly equipment shutdown analysis to ensure shutdown rate in control
每周设备停机时间分析，确保停机率不超标;
8. Lead TPM activity
主导推动TPM活动;
9. Regular check and update of equipment database
设备数据库定期整理更新
10. Regular update technical parameter standard of equipment
设备技术设定参数标准化定期更新
11. Regular update of equipment information record
设备履历表定期更新
12. Support and coordinate with other departments
支持与协调本部门与其他部门之间的工作
13. Support manager in cost audit and control
协助经理成本费用核算与控制
14. Support manager in equipment capacity analysis
协助经理设备产能统计分析
