Key Responsibility:
1.Communicate closely with sourcing,responsible for daily purchasing according to PRs from sourcing.
2.Release the PO in required time,order handling including order maintain system, order acknowledgement,delivery tracking and confirmation,invoice handling and payment application.
3.Associate Project Manager and other requestors to do goods receive in system.
4.To managers the suppliers' delivery performance and take the correct actions to meet project requests.
5.Purchase related procedure/audit.
6.Reporting of PO transfer efficiency in Assess.
7.Associate supplier and support SQE & sourcing for suppliers'quality issues.
8.Other tasks of the leader arrange.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree,major in business administration or English or experience equivalent to that.
2.2+ years project purchasing experience(engineering or construction).
3.4+years in purchasing field, or experience equivalent to that.
4.Familiar with purchasing process, ERP system operation.
5.English, fluent in written & spoken.
6.Prefer the candidates who live in Minhang area in Shanghai.
