Recruitment

Headcount check and control

Recruiting:

Field sales recruiting: technicians and basic workers

Communication:

Regularly communicate with HR Responsible to understand the recruiting requirement, while better understand the business and organization.

New employee communication: including orientation, communication during probation.

Optimize the recruiting channel, including 51job and Kunshan Recruiting website, as well as agency.

Manage contract terms.

Others

Facilitate other specific induction requirement

Facilitate regular commercial team training needs

Qualification/Requirement

College or above degree in HR or related majors

1-2 years working experience in Recruiting or Staffing function in multinational companies.

Excellent communication skill

Good command of English and Mandarin

Take initiatives to work independently and be able to work under pressure

Good team work spirit & interpersonal skills
