1. 负责品牌微信公众号平台运营的策略输出，提升公众号的影响力、活跃度、传播力、覆盖度和关注度
2. 策划并制定微信线上活动方案以及微信原创内容的策划与部分编辑工作；
3. 负责微信公众号推广模式与渠道的探索、对接并完成投放工作；
4. 关注公众号用户体验运营及分销体系搭建，了解用户需求，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求并改善运营模式，提升用户粘度。
5. 熟悉微信产品，对微信相关产品操作精通，熟悉微信及移动端营销，跟踪推广效果、分析数据并跟踪反馈及总结经验；
6. 负责微信商城日常管理，包括订单管理、商品管理、会员管理等；
7. 针对用户购买情况，策划微信商城营销活动和落地执行，完成销售任务；
8. 负责商城销售数据统计和分析，优化运营推广，为业务决策提供数据支持；
9. 精通小红书的规则和操作流程
10. 负责所辖线上店铺的整体策划，包括活动策划、营销推广及充分利用小红书的各种活动资源
11. 精通数据分析和诊断，根据店铺情况制定可行的推广计划
12. 负责公司微商体系、团队建设的整体规划及运营，完成公司微商渠道销售业绩指标；
13. 熟悉微商各类打法，负责根据公司发展战略，制定、实施和优化微商招商政策和机制；
14. 负责开发微商市场，拓展代理商，指导公司旗下代理微商日常工作, 制定完成公司销售目标；
15. 负责关注各类与微商相关的平台，制定和优化微商运营计划；
16. 负责组建、培养微商团队，制定并实施公司人才储备计划；

2、 三年以上电商行业运营管理经验，两年以上微商操盘或运营经验，三年以上微信运营管理经验；
3、 精通微信，微博，社区类网站的运营推广，熟悉独立B2C商城运作规则

5、有微商社群思维，熟悉微商运营，擅长微商引流、用户转化。
