Job Summary:
Maintain control and ensure regulations adherence to all import and export processes according to corporate and local policies. Coordinate national and local freight logistics of products delivery.
Purchasing orders handling and maintain to ensure the right price, right lead time, right delivery term to meet requirements and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
? Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents.
? Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export and import products for custom clearance.
? Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with approved freight forwarders.
? Coordinate freight quotations in response to customer requests.
? Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.
? Purchasing orders accept and assessment according to company policy and procedures.
? Ensure all Purchasing orders are appropriately shipped promptly, accurately with all necessary documentation.
? Tracking Purchasing orders and reporting timely information if necessary.
Position Requirements:
? College degree and higher
? Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role.
? Minimum Level IV in English (written and verbal).
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Experience with ERP systems.
? Familiar with customs policy and Experience with customs clearance processes.
? Clear understanding in tariffs, exempt policy for goods and customs requirements.
? Experience of customer order handling and good sense of KPI goals.
? Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest and thorough.
? Team attitude, eager to cooperate with others with good interpersonal skills.
