Main activities:

· Process planning and optimisation in the ongoing procedure concerning the forming of different fibre-reinforced plastics (GMT, LFT, LWRT, SMC)

· Systematic strategy planning and realisation of tests to optimise the process and raw material condition

· Specification and implementing of equipment for compression moulding techniques and forming

· Project management for procurement of new equipment for production facility

· Support other departments with know-how of process technology

· Coordination of special know-how (target, best possible solution)

· Risk assessment of the project regarding costs and time-line

Generell duties:

· Economic and resource-saving way of operation

· Compliance with the work safety guidelines

· Compliance with the predefined technical and economic project objectivities

Knowledge and skills:

· Graduate engineer with focus of plastics technology

· Knowledge of compression moulding equipment concerning flow press and forming press parts useful

· Knowledge of reinforced textile materials

· Good knowledge in spoken and written English

· Team oriented way of work

· Ability to self-organisation

· Trusted art of working

· Able to work in MS Office applications

· Available to travel

· Good english
