Job Responsibility:
1. Finance assistance of all expats for house rent/utility fees/car share/language class payment and reimbursement
2. Be responsible for Plant Manager's administrative affairs including screen incoming calls; calendar management; meeting and travel arrangement; reimbursement, etc;
3. New expats house relocation and relevant support to ensure a smooth start
4. Meal arrangement for visitors
5. Arrange/manage employees' national/international business trip transportation by flight
6. Understand and collect relevant information of all business trip requested by flight to submit for VP's approval in advance
7. Visa/invitation letter correspondence and preparation for Suzhou traveler/expats and visitors
8. Other assigned by Plant Manager

Qualification Required:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 3+ years relevant experience of similar position,
3..Eexcellent oral and written English communication skills
4. Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
5. Good organizing and planning skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Familiar with western culture
8. Ability to work under pressure with a "can do" attitude
