Responsibility:
1.Responsible for production line and facility equipments failure support, including mechanical and electrical failures, ensure all machine running in good staus.
2.Facility maintenance work follow up, facility project initialization and solution analysis.
3.Implement the PM for all machines and fixtures according the preventive maintenance plan, ensure all the maintenance system action be addressed and files be completed correctly, ensureall meet TS16949 requiement.
4.Take a lead of current machine improvement actions, including old fixtures redesign and new station refit for new products and new process.
5.Spare parts management, ensure the spare parts management system running smoothly.
6.Initiate all the documentations for new line machine in preventive maintenance in new line set up phase.
7.Fixed assets management.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or Mechanical & Electrial integrity region.
2.4 years relevant maintenance experience, automotive industry equipment maintenance experience is preferred.
3.Good communication skills and team work spirit. Good English read and writing skills, oral English is also preferred.
4.Must be experience in Siemens S7-300 and Omron PLC and strong PLC and Electrical failure analysis capability.
5.Capable read the electricaland mechanical drawing, have basic knowledge of testing.
