Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Drive to develop and deliver pedestrian door solutions to meet market needs, applicable regulatory and industry standards;
2. To be the primary source of contact for all PDS products for Design Engineers, Sourcing Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Sales Engineers as well as Suppliers and Customers;
3. Provide project leadership in terms of hands-on engineering analysis and system solution with change proposals during new product developments, continue engineering and value engineering;
4. Report pertinent information regularly on team or project status through clear spoken and written communications;
5. Provide leadership/mentoring to junior technical support engineers.

Specific Skills / Background Required:?
1. Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering;
2. 5 years or above full lifecycle product development experience with project management senses;
3. Strong design skills of designing mechanism and transmission systems, electronic modules and/or motor controls;
4. Experience in manufacturing processes, such as casting, machining, stamping is preferred;
5. Good knowledge of GD&T and its applications;
6. Proficient in mechanical and/or electronics design software, such as Solidworks, Protel;
7. Team player with demonstrated commitment to growth and continuous improvement;
8. Good command of spoken and written English is must;
9. Willingness to change and Can-Do attitude.
