主要职责Main Responsibility
-及时地为企业在海关登记注册、年审、申请报关，确保货物的进出口符合海关要求，手续齐备、顺畅通关
Responsible for timely register, annual examination and customs clearance; Ensure import & export process of all commodities to meet demands from customs; Prepare all documents perfectly for smooth customs clearance
-认真遵守海关对报关员的管理规定，依法履行自己的工作职责
Comply with management rules stipulated by customs, and perform his or her job duties legally
-了解海关的优惠政策，为公司申请减免税与退税
Get acquainted with customs favorable policies to apply for tax deduction & refund
-及时地缴纳各种应交的税费，避免迟误交纳税费而给公司带来的滞纳金损失
To avoid any fine for delaying payment, pay all payable tax or duty in time
-积极进取，加强业务学习，不断提高自己的工作技能和报关业务水平
With positive enterprising spirits, improve working skills and professional ability continuously by studying harder
-在工作实践中切实提高英语水平，以适应报关工作的需要
Improve English skills to meet requirements for customs clearance
-熟悉进出口商品、货物的分类以及相关税则的应用
Know well how to classify import & export commodities and use tariff
-安排合理、经济的运输，安全、及时地将货物发送至国内外客户
Arrange reasonable and economical transportation for timely and safe arrival of cargoes to domestic and overseas customers
-自觉遵守公司各项管理制度和规定
Consciously complied with all management rules and regulations;
-上级分配的其他任务

任职资格Qualification
-中专以上学历
At least technical secondary school education
-持有报关员证、报检员证
With Customs Declaration Certificate and Inspection Declaration Certificate
-具有全面的报关业务基础知识
With general basic knowledge of customs clearance
-熟悉货物的通关程序，熟悉海关对企业进出境货物的监管程序
Familiar with the process of customs clearance, supervision & control at import & export commodities
-具有丰富的报关工作经验，熟悉进出口业务
With rich experience of Customs declaration, Familiar with import & export process
-具有定单管理或物料计划经验者优先
Those with the experience of ordering & material planning would be the first priority
-英文书面应用能力良好
Good command of written English
-熟练操作常用办公软件和报关的电子口岸系统
Skilled in office software and China Electric Port
-工作认真、仔细、高效、及时
Work earnestly, carefully, efficiently and duly
-具有强烈的责任心及自律能力
With high responsibility and self-discipline
