Responsibility:
? Manage QC Lab in a general operation complying to company's quality plan and policy
? Manage QC team for technical skill improvement and facility update
? Insure Quality management works well in lab and accomplish internal audit regularly
? Coordinate & communicate with business team , production team , process team to involve solution of quality
problem.
? Support to customer complaint issue.
? Communicate with GBU R&D team and other site QC lab for technical exchange and transferring .
? Participate in supplier audit, customer audit and contract evaluation.

Requirement:
? Bachelor degree on chemical or related field or above
? 7 years experience on analysis technical job or above
? 3 Years QC management experience or above
? Know well quality management system ( ISO 9000 , for example ..)
? Good communication skill and initiative.
? Good English level
