>MSc/PhD in mechanics, physics, material science or similar Experience
>with project management and R&D work is is desirable Preferable
>background in product develpment, design engineering and/or
heat transfer and thermodynamics (HVAC&R or Automotive business)
>Experience and knowledge of metal processing and tube making, alloys
>and
equipment is an asset
>Innovative and creative
>Good communication and social skills, and ability to handle different
cultures
职责：
>Identify needs and generate innovative ideas for product development
>and
new solutions to the market
>Initiate and execute R&D projects, from idea to prototype, Run projects
>in cooperation with plants and in collaboration with
internal, external research organisations and/or customers
>Support implementation of R&D results in plant(s) Training and
>spreading of best practice in plant(s) Establish and develop internal
>and external networks
