要求：
1. Bachelor or above degree in the field of engineering, preferably material science and/or heat transferring;

2. Five or above years working experience in aluminum, perferably in extrusion and/or aircondition industry;

3. Three or more years experience in a supervisory role in technical function of manufacturing environment;

4. Be proactive in improving service to customers with solid skills to understand technical drawings,prints,equations, national and international standards and specifications;

5. Solid analytical and problem solving skills;

6. Good at supervising, mentoring and coaching people, responsible for function performance.
职责：
1. Be the owner of APQP activities and lead all process/machinery related projects;

2. Support production in organizing and implementing continuous improvement projects process/quality related, good team work;

3. Take challenges from customers and convert them into solutions;

4. Be a link towards suppliers in establishing technical specifications, a necessary quality level and developing new raw material variants;

5.Initiate and manage R&D programs if needed;

6.Be a carrier of best practice among units
