- Implements quality system, solves processing problem timely, ensures product and
service quality, meets and exceeds customer requirements
- Assists to implement quality system and process audit, and track corrective actions according to the plan. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools in workplace to improve quality control
- Completes product quality inspection and control document.
- Be responsible for daily production quality management.
- Completes and executes product audit policy, continuously improves product craftsmanship.
- Be responsible for maintenance and testing of product inspection tools.
- Deals with customer complaints for 0 km and aftermarket, ensures to provide feedback to customer timely, and regularly communicates with customer.
Job description –required qualification
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
- 3 years or above work experience in customer complain handling, automotive industry experience preferred.
- Quality management knowledge (16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
- Good communication and teamwork.
- 8D report in English and Chinese language
- Communication with customer and head quarter in Germany
- Tracking of all important information from service team
