1.Job summary
Managing the activities of Sisonic assembly process engineering at Knowles Suzhou plant. This person must provide individual contribution and Lead the team to maintain and continuously improve the Microcircuit manufacturing process. Be responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality consistent with customer needs and ISO 9000 standards where required.

2.Duties and Responsibilities
1.Manages and provides individual contribution for the activities of the production engineers monitoring and investigating product and production line problems.
2.Collaborates frequently with production manager, engineers and quality assurance personnel with respect to finding source and implementing solutions to line problems.
3.Coordinates the introduction of new or redesigned products into the production line.
4.Proposes to management and implements plans to increase production yield and reduce costs.
5.Coordinates the issue and maintenance of manufacturing specifications, product performance, process routings and bills of material and other required documentation.
6.Performs department planning with regard to manpower, facilities, and capital expenditures.
7.Assists in the technology transfer, assuring consistency of process and quality standards. Works closely with KEI manufacturing facilities to develop new production capabilities, as well as to monitor and coordinate activities involving their Engineering and Production personnel necessary to successful project completion.
8.Other duties as assigned

3.Job Specifications
Successful candidate will possess Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent. Experience with high volume electronics MFG house with Process Engineering Management Experience required. Personal computer skills required and knowledge of associated applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases and project-planning software is necessary..Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
8years plus working experience
SMT/Semiconductor Assembly work experience is preferred
