Responsibility:
1. Follow the Safety First rule during the process and operation design of assembly line.
2. Optimize the assembly quality; implement the improvement for quality in assembly line of switchgear.
3. Establish and optimize the manufacturing process of the assemble line for high productivity.
4. Complete Standard Operation Procedure/Routing sequence document preparation for assembly line.
5. Design the packing of Parts with suppliers.
6. Design and install layout for efficient working of assembly line.
7. Design and maintain the stock control system for assembly line base on the request and layout.
8. Co-ordinate with suppliers for development of assembly tooling & fixture and container for the parts.
9. Organize the flow process of assembly line according to the Std. work time; define the workstation in assembly line, balance the working time on each workstation.
10. Train workers to use new equipment/procedure.

Qualification:
1. 4 year electric College degree or above
2. Computer skills: MS Office, Auto-CAD
3. Excellent English skills is best
4. Good communication skills and flexibility
5. Friendly & pleasant appearance
6. Min 3 years product design experience in MNC
7. Familiar with selection of materials, and processes
8. Able to deliver under tight schedule
