Objective of Job
Accountable for all APAC region R&D development costs budgeting, planning and efficiency tracking over Vehicle Development Process including Study phase.

Brief Task Description
* Support directional R&D cost target setting per (Cross regional) RASI during project initiative phase.
* Develop & refine program scope for APAC product engineering, maintain RASI set up.
* Integrate product engineering development requirements.
* Define key milestones, quality gates and deliverables.
* Ensure definition of supplier sourcing strategy, program team, build, testing and homologation plan.
* Owner of ER&D cost evaluation methodology, process and tools.
* Develop ER&D budget based on directional cost target, need of cross functional product engineering team to fulfill program objective.
* Support ER&D cost accruals monitoring over PDP, support cost efficiency identification and execution through total cost controlling and cash base controlling.

Qualifications
* Costing / Budgeting / Planning, financial acumen and project management background.
* Proofed deep knowledge of automotive industry
* Understand vehicle development requirements
* Graduates in Engineering, preferably Automotive.
* 5-8 years project experience, accumulated 8+ year working experience.
