任职要求：

Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or above

大专或以上学历
2. Two years working experience in machining factory preferred

2年以上机加工工厂生产计划经验
3. Good written and spoken English is preferred

能有基本的英语读写能力
4. Familiar with Microsoft excel

能熟练使用EXCEL处理数据的能力
5. Good communication and coordination skills

优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
6. Understand basic ERP system.

有使用过ERP软件的经历

职位职责：

1、Work with production team to arrange the prototype production

和生产部门合作安排样件的生产
2、 Other production report requested by superior.

及时提供主管需要的生产报告

3、Make production schedule (daily, weekly, monthly base) based on production capability and material availability

根据设备的产能和原料制定生产计划（每日，每周，每月）
4、Adjust and balance the weekly and daily plan based on material arriving situation, line capacity and running actual status, keep manufacturing in smoothly way.

根据原料的到达情况和设备的产能及时调整每日和每周的生产计划，保证生产线正常运转。
5、Material control to minimize inventory investment while meeting committed delivery schedules, assist such dept as Engineering, QC, Warehouse to dispose of idle materials, shorten the stock turnover, enhance materials utilization.

在保证及时交货的基础上，尽可能的减少原料和产品的库存。同时协助工程，质量和仓库处理呆滞料。减少库存的在库率，增加原料的使用率。
6、Establish and maintain a timely flow of information to who have a need of know the status of production and material orders and forecast.

建立和维护相应的体系，能保证及时提供生产和原料的到达情况给相关人员
7、Coordinate purchase and import, QA team to assure material supply to meet production requirement.

和采购和物流以及质量部门及时沟通。从而保证物料供应生产需求。

8、Responsible for material purchase planning, scheduling and general management, provide purchase forecast to suppliers timely, to ensure smooth supply to production and sales

负责制定物料的采购计划，及时提供采购需求给供应商。
