2.熟悉销售流程和销售合同的管理，协调业务人员与公司内部事务，负责各类销售文件的保存、归档；
3.货物在途跟踪、货款催收与确认，客户发票开具与邮寄；
4.客户售后维护与回访，客户满意度调查及回访数据统计与分析;客户信息资料的补充与搜集，客户投诉处理与沟通；
5.有较强的文字表达能力，熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，能看懂图纸。
