SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Provide service to customers regarding product quality issues, initiate and drive proactive / corrective actions implementation through Sisonic organization to improve the quality of product continually. Help in collecting relevant information regarding product quality and reliability performance at customer side, understanding the performance trends at major customer side. Delight customers through driving continuous improvement internally and providing prompt and professional customer quality support.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Successfully coordinate as the main contact point for all quality and reliability questions and inquiries.
2. Customer interface regarding quality claims and push internal team give improvement.
--Support / coordinate analysis of failure parts reported by customers.
--Drive root cause analysis for customer returns and prepare 8D report to customer.
3. Support / coordinate customer audit
4. Actively approach to customers and provide prompt response / service to customers
5. Be on the lookout of Knowles IP (Intellectual Property) while dealing with customer quality issues / queries.
6. Collect quality performance at customer side, capable to summarize the major issues, perform regular analysis of customer return info, and communicate to internal team including R&D if needed for lessons learned upon customer return analysis and area for improvement and drive for continuous improvement.
7. Support CQE manager to finish certain task.

POSITION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree plus 4-7 years working experience in electronic area including 2+ years in SMT, 2 +years in Quality is preferred.
2. Quality Knowledge of ISO9000 standards and 6 Sigma GB(preferred).
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill and problem solving skills.
4. Ability to work fully proficient and independently; self-directed and motivated; quality oriented.
5. Team leadership skills; strong interpersonal skills.
6. Strong communication and decision making skills. Good spoken and written English ability.
7. Ability to work under stress
8. Travel upon business needs
9. Strong PC skills, with windows based environments, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Minitab skill is preferred.etc.
