1、专科以上学历，服装设计专业，五年以上服装设计经验，三年以上中高级服装设计师经验。
2、美学功底深厚，时尚触觉敏锐，时尚感悟性和创新意识强，对服装有深刻的认识，并能独立完成系列产品的开发设计。
3、熟悉服装面辅料，构思有独特意念，有较强的手绘功底和绘图技巧。
4、有较强的开拓意识，思路清晰，反应敏捷。具有敬业精神。
5、能独立做出概念设计方案，同时精准地阐述出设计理念。
6、优秀的组织、沟通、协调能力，具有团队合作精神及良好的职业操守。
7、可以理解一些英文的服装资料


8、协助服装设计项目的组织实施，执行设计的规划、工作分配及市场定位
9、参与市场调查，了解服装产品销售动态，了解穿着对象的生活状态与消费心理，开发顺应市场需求的产品。
10、了解服装面料性能、风格、特色及价格，注重色泽、手感和光泽感，用现代最新潮流的服装辅料，设计创造出最新的款式，掌握成本基数，选定适时合理的款式定位。
11、绘制服装效果图，并认真进行修改和跟进。
12、建立设计及有关资料的档案，保管好有关资料。
