职责:

1. 负责北中国区的PCBA工艺工程技术支持。

2. 不同领域的工程技术支持, 其中包括 SMT, 波峰焊接, ACF, 热压焊接, 底部充胶, 压力装配, 返修流程的资格认证, 网板开孔设计的优化, 回流焊接曲线优化, COB, 新技术工艺的开发与资格认证. 包装工艺的流程优化, 等等.

3. 与国内外客户共同对新产品进行资格认证和技术规划.

4. 机器设备的资格认证和能力评估.

5. 对生产能力进行持续性的工艺流程改善, 通过运用各种评估与分析来提高品质, 减低成本,提升市场竞争力.

6. 工夹具的设计与改进.

7. 对比实际生产力和客户要求, 确保所有交付性资料的质量.

8. 增进团队的整体能力和核心技术.

岗位要求:

1. 五年以上的SMT工艺实际工作经验和DFM经验

2. 英语口语流利,能与客户就工艺流程问题以及各类缺陷进行探讨和辩论

3. 熟悉SPC和6-西格码工具运用

4. 工程工具使用( CAD drawing, Valor-GC, CAM350, KIC , Datapaq , Pro-E, Minitab )

5. 熟悉机器设备的实际操作 (SMT, Wave Soldering, ACF/Hot-bar, X-ray/ 5DX and etc.)

6. 团队管理技巧丰富实在.

7. 社交能力成熟稳健.

8. 拥有实际的SMT和波峰焊技术知识和经验.
