PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Conduct the assessment of the supply market and the competitive environment in which the suppliers operate.
Apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions, supplier cost
structure and benchmarks, etc.
2.Develop sourcing strategies and plans for the responsible part category of the filling machines. Coordinate
and align the strategies and activities with the global / Europe sourcing team.
3.Execute the sourcing activities (supplier sourcing, qualification, selection, negotiation, pricing,
contracting, period evaluation/audit, claim coordination), focusing on China sourcing.
4.Responsible for overall supplier matrix management for the category. Develop and maintain supplier
relationships, and manage the continuous improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality and responsiveness,
in order to meet the expectations / requirements of equipment assembly operations in Thailand and China.
5.Maintain sourcing relevant data in SAP system, establish / align the work processes, and keep close contact
with SCM team, in order to ensure the smooth operational purchasing process.
6.Work with global / local QA and R&D to ensure the fulfilment of the specifications and quality requirements of
the sourced parts.
7.Monitor and report the sourcing status, responsible for driving the results of the KPIs.



Knowledge, skill & experience required:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering and / or MBA
2.Proficient in oral and writing English
3. Capability of reading engineering drawings is a must
4.At least 6 years of experience in sourcing equipment / parts, both locally and oversea, with in-depth knowledge
of Asia equipment supply market
5.Vocational experience in MNC in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, competitive price analysis, SRM and
CRM (internal customer relationship management).
6.Good interpersonal and analytical skills, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
7.Sound IT skills, familiar with analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations with MS Office
8.Ability to build strong networks and interact in a cross-functional-and-cultural environment with all levels
of management.
9.SAP procurement knowledge is preferred.

  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
