职位描述：
Key responsibilities：
1. Work with cross functional teams (Purchasing, Production, Logistic, Engineering, Quality, etc.) on supplier qualify activities (Qualification, performance, review and development) and problem solving activity;
2. Represent the Quality functional in the selection of new suppliers and development of existing suppliers;
3. Conduct supplier audits to quality standards according to Gates requirements and in support of supplier selection and improvement;
4. Drive effective root cause analyses and corrective action. Spearheads process improvement activities for supplier development;
5. Help supplier understand the importance of continuous quality improvement as a way of life within supplier facilities;
6. Monitor supplier performance in a timely basis and actively work with them to achieve minimum or no defect at all;
7. Initiate material review board for supplier quality problems and resolution;
8. Initiate SCARs issuance and closure;
9. Responsible for PPAP, Approval of assigned commodities;
10. Contribute and support cost saving for VA/VE or quality optimizing activities;
11. Others as assigned by department Head.

Key requirement:
1. Material or Engineering Bachelor with Mechanical required. More than 3years experience relate to supplier quality preferred.
2. Practiced in PPAP procedure and Able to review PPAP submission compliance. Preferably in charge of supplier PPAPs.
3. Familiar with molding, die casting, Bearing, Bolt, measuring, GD&T preferred.
4. Good working attitude:
- Persevered under pressure, DOES NOT GIVE UP EASILY
- Diligent and Objective-oriented
- Responsible and obedient to follow through the given instructions.
