5. 与公司各部门紧密合作，制定本地关键战略
技术知识要求
1.2年以上美发教学经验，美发理论知识丰富，具备优秀的演讲才能以及专业的美发技术培训经验；
2、形象好，讲解示范通俗易懂，较强的沟通能力和下店实践经验；
3、有裁剪烫、染，洗护技术能力；
4，团队管理，项目管理和团队合作能力。
