职位描述：
Manage the current existing 3PL
? Managing 3PL logistics suppliers, ensure operation align with tesa business conduct, standard SOP and requirement ( Ensure compliance across all logistical requirements including yearly ex-ternal auditing event)
? Ensuring regular MBR meeting with 3PL to review KPI performance and discuss on operational matters. Resolve operational issues and ensure performance assessments are in place to miti-gate risk for critical processes.
? Regular visits to the warehouse to check the quality of the product storage status and monitor the stock taking result with 3PL warehouse.
? Managing the 3PL service level, improving service level and handle exceptional case. coordinat-ing the communication between logistics vendor and internal customer.
? Communicating with 3PL warehouse for monthly inbound and outbound volume, optimizing the capacity and flexibility of 3PL( Identify potential gaps and implement improvement opportunities)
? Analyzing and negotiating cost reduction opportunities.
? Assisting in plan and implementation of new logistics projects.
? Taking care of the interfaces between 3PL and our new globe SAP.
? Contracting Logistics tenders.
New 3PL development
? Selecting and qualifying new 3PL with sales, customer service, QA and warehouse team
? Developing optimized project(including new location of 3rd party warehouse) with external con-sultant and internal department
要求：
? Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics or Business Management is preference.
4+ years working experience on Logistics Management.
Experience in managing 3PL vendor or 3PL working experience.
Good at Microsoft Office skill,
SAP knowledge and implementation experience.
Excellent communications, presentation, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills, with high level of ownership and passion for the brand.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Customer focused
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Good at teamwork.
Can working under pressure.
Good learn ability and change management
