Position Description:
1. Sales support:
Support to win key accounts in targeted industries
Coordinate new products introductions and promotions to focused key accounts
Conduct regular sales training including product, application and technical training
2. Field Application:
Provide pre-sales and on-site application support;
Develop solutions for targeted applications in key industrial segments inclusive of building demonstration samples and promotion kits.
3. Team leading and management

Requirements:
1. Major in Electrical, electronics, automation and related Engineering
2. At least 5 years working experience in sales & application related field
3. Good command of English (verbal and written)
4. Good skills of presentation, analytical thinking and judgement;
5. Can do attitude, good team spirit.
6. People's management leadship
7. Direct and guide the application and marketing team;
8. Coach and mentor key team members;
9. Goal setting and accomplishment assessment;
10. Team recruiting and talent development.
