Objective of Job:
? Ensure the compliance over Group/Region Finance policy/UDA

Task Description:
? Assist in establishing local policies and procedures according to the requirements by management, including but not limited to Finance.
? Responsible for Uniform Delegation of Authority (UDA) maintenance across the region, ensures that all authorization cards/delegations have been filled and approved properly. Perform regular review in SAP and related systems to ensure the UDA are configured
? Responsible for audit on T&E expenses across the region, and provide to management on any potential non-compliance activity. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk. Review APAC Business and Travel policy regularly with feedback collected through audit.
? Responsible for safeguarding company chops and ensuring company policy are strictly followed.
? Ensures the internal and external financial disclosures are submitted on a regular basis as directed or requested.
? Respond to Internal Audit and support on any fraud investigation.
? Assist in SOX / ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) initiatives.

Qualifications:
? Possession of uncompromised sense of integrity and highest ethical standards;
? 4-5 years of financial working experience either in a professional firm or with a multinational company. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or the equivalent;
? Familiar with FCPA, SOX and auto industry compliance practice;
? Demonstrates knowledge and application of investigation skills, including the ability to conduct informational and confrontational type interviews, when appropriate;
? Proficiency in both spoken and written English
