职位描述：
某世界500强美资企业招聘AP Accountant ,上班地点：陆家嘴，职责如下：
Main Responsibilities:
1) Verify the original supporting doc. before acceptance, make sure they’re compliance, completeness and drive process improvement continually.
2) Responsible for invoice processing, payment processing, customer enquiry etc. timely
3) Work with team to make sure the monthly/yearly closing accuracy, smoothly and timely.
4) Prepare GL entries, various reports and reconciliation confirmation per responsible entities.
5) Document the operation procedures in standard format, drive process improvement.
6) Proactively identify deficiencies/risk area in AP process and propose solution/measures to supervisors for discussion and improvement.
7) Work closely with accountant in other locations on any accounting issues.
8) Other task assigned by line manager.
