Job Descriptions:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background of technical knowledge of semiconductor design and program management skills. This individual will be responsible for RTG HW Shanghai and Beijing Engineering business management and execution of design projects. The applicant must be a team player with a commitment to meeting deadlines and an aptitude to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. The position is based in our Shanghai R&D center.
Job Responsibilities:
· Primary support RTG HW PMO director on engineering business management and project status.
· Manage whole China RTG HW engineering resource summary, project assignment status, headcount, requisitions and budgeting.
· Align with Shanghai and Beijing functional teams on resource planning, budgeting planning with emphasis on driving labor and non-labor resource summary, analysis and report.
· Work with functional team together to provide detailed level engineering schedules, resource requirements, and status reporting for SOC/IP project development.
· Work with cross team (HR, Finance) for engineering resource arrangement.

Job Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, primarily SOC development.
· 5 + years of experience managing and delivering programs
· Excellent teamwork skills and capable of working independently in multinational organizations
· Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver program goals
· Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, initiative, superior problem solving skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and willingness to learn and adapt
· Soft skills necessary to successfully leverage resources in a matrix organization
· BS, or higher, in Engineering (Computer or Electrical) strongly preferred
· Excellent English written and verbal communication skill is a must
· PMP certification a plus, but not required
