职位描述：
工作职责：
1、 利用淘宝旺旺、QQ等工具在线解答客户问题，促成交易；
2、了解客户的需要，通过有效的沟通，保证客户开心，满意；
3、处理淘宝店铺客户订单，配合仓库，完成发货，以及物流追踪；
4、积极处理售后问题，及时跟踪和解决负面评价；
5、配合进行店铺日常运营数据的统计

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，相关工作经验2年及以上
2、熟悉淘宝网规则，具有淘宝客服经验1年以上
3、售前、售中、售后经验丰富，具有投诉处理经验，客户服务意识强
4、善于解决问题，反应力快，责任心强，主动学习能力强
