Key responsibilities
? Coordination of UPM global HR processes in Specialty Papers: EES, PPR, STI and salary review –creating efficiencies in the key HR process implementation.
? Implementing employee lifecycle processes efficiently by coordination with HR Services team, e.g. recruiting, internal people movement, leaving etc.
? Supporting on Workday implementation and full utilization by managers and employees.
? Communication of HR initiatives in effective way.
? HR reporting, analytics
– Create, develop and maintain a variety (scheduled and ad hoc) of reports of queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
– Leveraging HR systems and exploring analytics opportunities by combining data sources
? Supporting on people development programs.
? Supporting on C&B tasks and projects; e.g. market intelligence, renewal of benefits programs.
Skills and Experience
? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
? Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically the ability to develop excel spreadsheet
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English and good cultural agility
? Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
? Organizational and project management skills. Meeting deadlines
? Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement practices; excellent customer service skills.
? Demonstrated discretion and ability to work with confidential information required.
? Demonstrated ability in functioning independently while ensuring group objectives are met. Strong self-leadership.
? Ability to work on routine tasks but also on non-routine projects in which research and analysis is required for supporting solutions.
? Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
