我司正在招聘全职笔译项目经理，办公地点：上海市静安区。

岗位职责
1、负责制定英语各项目进度及完成计划，解决翻译工作过程中的问题，对项目进行良好的控制；
2、组织、协调和管理译员资源，保证翻译任务按时保质完成；
3、制定翻译成本控制计划，贯彻、执行公司的成本控制目标；
4、负责外协分包商的商务结算。
5、负责与客户，译员及设计人员的沟通协调，确保项目顺利进行。
6、负责译文品质控制，熟悉CAT 工具及QA软件（如X-BENCH等）
7、完成其他领导安排的任务
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，英语类相关专业；
2、3年以上翻译行业英语翻译项目管理经验；
3、良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；
4、积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。
5、居住在上海
6、中国籍或外国籍有很高的中文水平

We are recruiting a full-time Translation Project Manager to work in our central Shanghai office.
Main duties:
- Management & Production of projects of various sizes and languages
- Proofreading and quality control
- Sourcing and allocation of suitable resources for each translation job.
- Communicating between customers, freelancers and graphic designers to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Prerequisites:
- Must be a Chinese national, or a non-Chinese with a very high Chinese level
- Must be based in Shanghai, China
- Must have 3 years of translation experience, and preferably project management experience
- Must have experience with CAT tools and QA processes (X-Bench, etc.)
- Must have the ability to work independently and to strict deadlines.
