Objective of Job:
? Support the APAC Powertrain and CAFC Controller, inside Finance APAC Platform Controlling, for every kind of related study as follows: fuel economy regulation & compliance for all markets in APAC; Powertrain localizations for all markets in APAC

Task Description:
Regulatory
? Develop business cases and support governance meetings re: fuel economy, or emissions initiatives.
? Support incorporation of China CAFC implications in business cases as presented at governance meetings.
? Maintain cost of China CAFC compliance metric.
? Assess and consolidate total cost of China CAFC compliance for submission to corporate business plan.
? Manage Purchased Credits checkbook, including asset valuation, amortization, and forecasting.
? Perform other Ad Hoc or Sensitivity Analysis related to fuel economy.
? Understand regulation definition and methodology.
? Understand technical solutions related to improved fuel consumption.

Powertrain
? Develop business cases in support of new powertrain capital investment decisions in APAC region
? Present business cases to senior management prior to governance meetings
? Manage powertrain platform investment checkbooks
? Perform material cost analysis annually

Qualifications:
? University degree plus 5 years work experience minimum.
? 3 years’ experience in financial analysis
? Fluency in English (speak, read, write)
? Prior business case experience advantageous.
? Industrial/OEM manufacturer experience preferred but not required.
? Broad business background and/or understanding of variety of disciplines including (but not limited to) engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing and aftersales activities advantageous
? Accounting experience helpful but not required
