Job Summary
在地区业务发展总监领导下,负责在细分市场中发展新客户,通过组织、协调公司资源完成项目谈判,成本预测,制定项目计划书,签订合同等销售活动,以达成业务发展目标。
With Regional Business Development Director’s guide, be responsible for develop new client in segment market, organizes and coordinates resources to complete project negotiation and cost forecasting, defines project plan, signs contract and other sales activities in order to achieve BD objective.

Ensures proposals and presentations are well designed and aligned with right terms and conditions
严格执行公司正确客户、正确条款的策略,确保各项指标符合要求
Strictly implements the RCRT strategy and makes sure all KPI in line with it
确保所提交的业务及财务计划方案在技术上、法律条款和商业条款等方面符合事业部要求并获得上级事先确认
Makes sure the technique, clause and commercial terms of proposed business and financial plan align with BU requirement and approved by superior in advance
提出业务发展过程中所需要的资源,以正确的方式协调以获得支持
Proposes required resources during BD process, ensures to get appropriate support
及时主动地向上级汇报项目的进展情况
Timely and actively reports project progress to superior

Cooperation
与营运部或支持职能部门紧密有效地合作,确保交接过程的效率
